This policy explains how Rapid Cricket Coaching (ABN 41 159 726 582, trading as "Rapid Cricket Coaching") handles personal information collected through this website (rapidcricketcoaching.com.au) and when you book or enquire about coaching.

When you book a session through the scheduling tool on this site, or contact us by email, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, the session you have chosen, and anything you include in a message or booking note.
When you visit the site, some information is collected automatically:
Google Analytics sets cookies (for example _ga and
_ga_<id>) to distinguish visitors and measure usage. The
scheduling widget provided by Calendly may also set cookies to make the
booking flow work.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google's opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies will not stop you from using the site, though the booking widget may not function correctly.
We do not use your information for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell personal information.
We use third-party service providers to run the site and take bookings. Information is shared with them only so they can provide their service to us:
Because these providers are based overseas, your information may be stored and processed outside Australia, primarily in the United States. We may also disclose information if required by law.
We coach junior cricketers. Where a participant is under 18, bookings and enquiries should be made by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the information they provide about the participant. If you believe we hold information about a child that was provided without appropriate consent, contact us and we will delete it.
We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as needed to provide coaching and to meet reasonable business record-keeping needs, then delete or de-identify them. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing rapidcricketcoaching@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. If we decline a request we will explain why.
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, contact us first at rapidcricketcoaching@gmail.com and we will try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
